The Green Janitor’s professional staff and supervisors maintain offices and commercial facilities in Ulster and Dutchess County. The facilities include Dr’s offices, insurance offices, schools, dentist, lawyers, therapists and many more. The Green Janitor’s staff are conscientious and thorough in their job. They are paid above the average, and are given incentives for a job well done. We care about our employees. Also, we are sensitive to building security and access procedures. We provide General Office Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Pressure Washing and More.

Office cleaning includes but is not limited to the following:

1. Bathrooms (Toilette-including base, sinks, cabinets, sweep and mop floors, replace paper towels and toilette paper as needed).
2. Dust all furniture including desks, tables.
3. Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases and shelves.
4. Dust all telephones.
5. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.
6. Low dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, ledges, moldings.
7. Dust all shelves, picture frames, dusts, radiators, etc.
8. Remove garbage and insert new liners
9. Spot clean desk tops
10. Spot clean reception lobby glass including front door and any other partition or door glass.
11. Dust mop resilient and hard floors or vacuum carpeted floors in traffic lanes only.
12. Spot clean spills and stains on carpeted and resilient floors.
13. Clean and sanitize telephones.
14. Clean entire interior glass in partitions and doors.
15. Dust blinds.
16. Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling area.
17. Damp mop resilient and hard floors and vacuum carpeted floors.

Services provided may differ according to the agreement. All facilities are different with most requiring a particular area to be focused on. The Green Janitor is sensitive to this and includes most in the services agreement at no extra charge. Tell us what you need and we’ll include it in the contract; it’s as simple as that.
